Universal railway repair machine PRM-5U used to replace sleepers, straightening ways and ballast consolidation, as well as perform additional operations for the current maintenance of railway track. Operations performed by the machine PRM-5U: change sleepers, track repairs, continuous tamping, lifting and straightening, bedding ballast with bucket and grapple, staining of vegetation, clearing paths of snow and ballast, power supply of the various electric tools.

Rotary snowplow

It is hung on the console of working body of the car. It is designed to clean the path and railroad switches from the snow cover.

Bucket

It is intended for digging of drainage channels, giving of a ballast on the way and represents a welded metal construction. It can be mounted in two provisions: a direct shovel and the return shovel for what there are corresponding arms.

Grab

It is designed for cleaning oversized seats from spills, supply of ballast on the way. Grab consists of a frame, two jaws hinged axes to traverse. The frame is pivotally mounted on the lower end of the handle axes and rods connected to the jaws. Cylinder is fixed on the frame, retraction of the rod occurs closing the grab, the nomination - the disclosure of the grab.

The vegetation abusively

It is used as the hinged equipment for cutting vegetation of driveways of enterprises. It is hung on the working body for changing the sleepers.

Power generator is designed to supply electrical power travelling tool. Power of generator is 8 kW, 10 kVA, 230V. There is the option to install a power generator with the switch in the weld mode. The power of the welding machine is 250A, 230V, DC.
